Peter Schlender was elected as Treasurer following the departure of Tony Paraskevakos who will move to Kitchen Committee Lead.
Peter has a solid business career having worked as Chief Cost Accountant at CTV Television, External Auditor at Canada's first forensic accounting firm, Accounting Manager at a manufacturer and most recently as a business consultant.
The remaining board members were elected by membership to continue for a further term; Heather Harvey - Vice President, Esther Ashby - Membership, Susan Dmowski - Secretary and Steve Ashby - President. Derek Pinder will continue as Past President.

Kew Beach Lawn Bowling Club is located on the waterfront at the foot of Lee Ave in the Beach, Toronto. Our members are a fun, diverse bunch of people. There is Lawn Bowling as well as Croquet - 2 sports for the low price of one! During the winter months members play Carpet Bowls, Darts, Table Tennis, Cards and organize social events. Equipment, lessons from volunteer coaches and practice play are available to all members. These affordable games combine social interaction, low impact exercise, strategy, skill and competition - all in one of Toronto's most beautiful locations.
